Internal Power Units

Motor, pump and oil reservoir are completely contained within the lift table.

Flow Control Valve

Provides incremental control of descent speed. Eliminates the possibility of the platform plummeting in the unlikely event of a hose failure.

Maintenance Chocks

Lock lift table in fully raised position for safe maintenance access.

Roller Retainers

Roller axles are captive within the base frame and platform to eliminate the possibility of upending the platform.

Hold Down Lugs

Hold down lugs enable lift table to be securely fixed to the floor.

Limit Switch

Upper travel limit switch stops motor when lift table is fully extended. Can be adjusted to limit travel to any height.

Oversized, Low Pressure Hydraulic Cylinders

Low operating pressure extends the life of the cylinder and other components. The cylinder rods are hard chromed to reduce wear and corrosion.

Vent Line

A clear vent line from the cylinder rod seal to the tank provides a visual indication of any oil bypass within the cylinder and prevents oil spilage

Safety Bar

This highly effective safety device halts the downward motion if an obstruction is met during ascent.

Lift Table Controls

A choice of footswitch, hand held pendant, surface or pedestal mounted pushbutton control.

IP56 ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

Electrics to IP56 degree of protection (to AS1939) for outdoor or washdown applications.

SPECIAL PIANT

Standard enamel finish is red with yellow safety bar. Special colours or paint formulations can be provided.

SKIRT

Concertina skirt made from reinforced vinyl with stiffening rods to prevent ingress into mechanism.

EXTERNAL POWER UNITS

Hydraulic power unit can be external to the lift table, connected via a hydraulic hose.

SINGLE PHASE/THREE PHASE

Lift Table may be supplied in either single or three phase.

CHEQUERPLATE PLATFORM

Chequerplate platform for pedestrian non-skid surface.

PLATFORM SIZE

Standard platforms available exstock. Non-standard platforms can be built to clients specific dimensions.

HINGED FLAPS

Hinged flaps can be fixed to the platform to span the gap between the platform and the pit edge for flush pit installation.

FORKLIFT SOCKET AT THE SIDES

Forklift sockets can be welded to the sides of the base frame of the lift table for easier relocation (lowered height not increased)

ACCESS HATCH

Access hatch in the platform allows for maintenance access to power unit when the lift table is fully lowered.

GALVANISED PLATFORM

Entire platform can be hot dipped galvanised for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance.

LIFTING LUGS

Screw in lifting lugs for easier installation, especially for installing into a pit. The lifting lugs can be removed after the lift table is installed.

FORKLIFT SOCKETS UNDERNEATH

Forlift sockets can be incorporated into the base frame for easy relocation of the lift table (lowered height increased).

PERSONNEL LIFTING

Includes handrails, gates, safety interlocking and on-board controls.

TANDEM TABLES

Most models available in tandem configuration. Ideal for handling longer loads and higher capacity.
